Invitation to Bid: The Bulloch County School System is accepting sealed bids for construction of Modular Restroom Facilities Utility Connections
Bid Deadline: Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 2 p.m. Sealed bids will be received until this date at the Bulloch County Board of Education Maintenance Facilities office at 219 Simons Road, Statesboro GA 30458, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. Any bid received after said time and date will not be considered by the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting: There will be an onsite mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for May 17, 2023, 10 a.m., at Brooklet Elementary School, located at 600 W. Lane Street, in Brooklet, Georgia
Bid Documents: Plans, specifications and contract documents are on file at Parker Engineering, LLC. Copies may be obtained from Parker Engineering, LLC., 36 Courtland Street, Suite B, Statesboro, Georgia 30458, by telephone at (912) 764-7722, or by email, upon payment of $150.00 for each full-size set (non-refundable).
Invitation to Bid: The Bulloch County Board of Education is requesting bids for nine, 77-passenger, diesel, type C buses. The bid price shall not include federal or state taxes that can be eliminated in sales to Board of Educations in the State of Georgia.
Bid Deadline: Sealed bids must be delivered to the Transportation Department, 219 Simons Road, Statesboro, Georgia, by 10:00 a.m. May 5, 2023.
Bid Opening: Bids will be publicly opened at the Transportation Office, on May 5, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. The Board of Education reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of units purchased. We also reserve the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Your presence is welcome but not necessary at the bid opening.

Sealed bids can be mailed or hand delivered to Craig Liggett at 219 Simons Road, Statesboro, GA 30458. Bids must be received by Friday, April 28, 2023 before 3:00 pm at the above address where they will be opened by committee at 3:30 pm.
Bid Deadline: All bids must be received no later than Friday, April 28, 2023 by 3:00 p.m. (EST).
Bid Opening: Sealed bids will be opened at Bulloch County Schools' Bus Garage, 219 Simons Road, Statesboro, GA 30458 at 3:30pm.
